Race Logistics
Offering fair racing is one of our priorities!
Although the 2025 Puerto Rico Dragon Boat Festival is NOT an IDBF-sanctioned event, we will have IDBF Level 2 and Level 1 certified officials to call the race start and finish, collect the results, and marshaling. We will have up to 4 lanes for the races and a floating dock to help expedite the boat-loading process. You might also get into the water up to your knees to load a boat, so plan accordingly with water shoes and dry-fit clothing.

Please consider bringing your paddle. We have a limited quantity. We apologize for the inconvenience.
PFDs are not required for race day but are highly encouraged!
